The Lord is doing great and mighty things in the lives of his people throughout the world. Don't get distracted with the noise in the world but stay focused on God!
Hello and welcome to Let's Talk About It podcast. I am your host, Apostle Rosemary, along with my husband, Apostle Herbie of RCN Ministries and OSGA Apostolic Network. We would like to thank you today for joining us for our episode on, and the title of this episode is Faithful with the Little. So the very theme of this topic on today is this how small obedience leads to big breakthroughs. I'm going to repeat that. How small obedience leads to big breakthroughs. So we're going to also welcome you and to recap from our last episode five, which was on discernment in a distracted world. Of this episode is the fact that God doesn't promote based on popularity, He promotes based on faithfulness. So our last episode helped you to be able to understand that in this hour that discernment is needed in this distracted world. Because what we see manifesting here in the United States of America is manifesting globally. So it's not just an issue here, but it's everywhere around the world. And we as the remnant of God must stand up. We must contend for our faith. We must be faithful with the little things that God has given us to do as our mandates for the body, for the body of Christ. We cannot get weary in well-doing, but we have to persevere no matter what we feel like, no matter what it may look like, no matter of all of the noise that is going on in society, in the natural, we've got to understand that even greater things are birthing and bursting forth in the realm of the spirit. Amen. So what may feel small is still seen by God. You know, we have to be able to walk in our own anointing. Some people would use the terminology to stay in your own lane, or I will stay in my lane, they would say. But what we have to understand is the word of God tells us that we are many members, but we're one body. We are to work together cohesively. One type of an anointing complements another type of anointing. When we look at the five-fold ascension gifts, we understand that the apostle and the prophet, there is a synergy that takes place when we are going about the kingdom mandate that God has given each and every one of us. And so do not get weary in your well-doing, do not count yourself out. Don't think if you are a teacher, then guess what? You are very important to the body of Christ to teach the unadulterated word of God. Why is that? Because the teaching, anointing, and grace grounds the body of God or the body of Christ in sound doctrine. It is very important that we have this. If you are a pastor, to shepherd, to guard the body of Christ, um, to have the pastor's heart, to be able to pour into people, but also be able to encourage, you're able to correct, you're able to be able to cut away by the pruning of the utilizing the word of God. If you are an evangelist, then you are the one that has that very powerful anointing as well, to be able to gather the hearts of the people, to revive the hearts of the people, to turn the hearts of the people back to God. And then you have the prophet. When you are a prophet, powerful anointing as well. All all ministerial gifts and graces are powerful tools in the hands of the master to use. When you are a prophet, prophet and prophetic people, they guide the body of Christ. So we're able to guide, to expose the hidden things, the hidden, um, the hidden attacks, plots, plans, and schemes within the body of Christ, those that are seen and unseen. And then when you are an apostle of God, you are able to govern, to be able to commission, to be able to send forth, to relieve all of these things. You're able to flow between the five functions, the five graces, very fluently. And also we're able to be able to lead to God to direct and to protect at the same time. Amen. So we need to understand that there are no big eyes and little u's. Every every gift, every grace within the body of God and in the body of Christ is always needed. Everyone working together in love, in unity, and in oneness. So never count yourself out that you may not flow or you may not have the anointing that someone else has. Use the tools that God has given you. Why? Because there lies your grace, there lies the anointing, the mandate that God has given you. When God gives us a mantle, He He has within that mantle everything we're going to need to function within the gift and the grace for the body. Amen. So the the very powerful or the very power of the small things is this that we have to learn to just talk about the fact that there will be temptations to chase bigger platforms, to chase bigger results, to chase bigger recognition. There will be people that will come for the all, but not reverence the anointing and the grace that God has placed upon your life. This is very important, people of God. Why is it? It is very important because of this. We must be able to identify those that God has given to us to be able to disciple what has happened within the body of Christ. We have a lot of people that are not in right alignment and they are stagnated, they are not moving, they are not being discipled, they are not being trained. We as leaders cannot be intimidated, we cannot be jealous, we cannot be envy, and we envious, and we cannot be afraid to raise up Elisha's if we are Elijah's. And also in our spiritual sons and daughters that God has given us to disciple, to train, to lead, and to pour into and to pull out of them everything that God has graced them with. Amen. So we're going to look at a very familiar scripture on today, and we will be coming from Luke chapter 16 and verse 10.
SPEAKER_00:He who is faithful in a very, a very little thing is also faithful in much.
SPEAKER_01:So this is where we talk about being a steward of your resources, but not only resources monetary, but those gifts, those talent, there's those graces that God has given us. We have to understand that this deals with the parable of those that are dishonest managers or dishonest people when it comes down to being strategic, strategic, but also being able to govern that which God has given us. Ask yourselves on today, men and women of God, and say to yourself, Am I a steward of what God has given me to manage and to walk in? Am I stewarding it well? Am I stewarding it according to the word of God? Am I being obedient and submissive to the will of God? Am I walking upright and circumspect as a steward of what God gave me? When people see us, do they see God? When they hear us, do they hear God? Do when we when we come in contact with everyone, do we show the love of the Father? Do we possess his agape love, his characteristics, his attributes? This is what it comes down to, people of God. So God is saying, whoever that I can trust, that can be trusted with the little things, I'll make you ruler over the many things. So guess what? We've got to start at ground zero. We we can't expect to to walk in and just just be in a place with God that we have arrived, we know everything, we understand everything. The devil is a liar. Listen, Apostle Herbie and I can tell you from experience, people of God, that we as leaders, global leaders, for about 15 plus years, we understand the fact that we need to be mentored. We need someone to hold us accountable. There's nothing wrong with that. We have to have that in our lives. We have to have the pruning, we have to have the circumcision, we have to have someone that's able to call right, right, wrong, wrong, that's able to pour into us, someone who can give us sound scriptural counsel. There's nothing wrong with that. None of us have arrived, and we never will, my God. When we think about biblical examples, we think about David with the sheep, how his brothers, his seven brothers, were before their father Jesse in the house. They were not in the field tending sheep, but David was in the field being prepared. Somebody needs to understand right here. Your preparation season will be the victorious process that God has taken you from the pit to the palace, that God has taken you from the valley to the mountaintop. We cannot ascend until we first master the skill of being faithful over the little things that God has put our hands to do. My God. That's good, right there. We think about the widow's oil. We think about the fact that all she had was a cruise with a little bit of oil. But when the prophet came and he gave sound instructions, see, this is another thing. Let me pop my brakes right here, Apostle Herbie. You know, everybody wants a prophetic word, but no one wants to follow the instructions to receive manifestation because of our obedience. I'm gonna leave that right there to marinate. I want that to I just want that to just sit in your spirit, let that digest in your spirit, man. We think about Jesus, another example feeding 5,000. My God, from two fish and five loaves of bread. My Lord, that's powerful right now. That's powerful. So why is it we ask ourselves, is it that God values the little things? Apostle, I'm gonna turn that over to you.
SPEAKER_00:Small doesn't mean in significant, insignificant, it means training ground. My god, God tests hearts before he trusts hands with more faithfulness builds character, not just results.
SPEAKER_01:My god, that'll preach right there. That will preach right there. Small doesn't mean insignificant, it means training ground. My god, how can God test us? He tests our hearts by seeing what we do with the little things he's already given us. Are we faithful stewards with God has already given us? Think about that. Let that digest in your spirit, man. And and like Apostle just said to you all, that the very faithfulness builds character, not just results.
SPEAKER_00:My Lord, my Lord.
SPEAKER_01:That's good, right there. So, in other words, God prepares us in the shadow, in the secret place, in our prayer closet, on our threshing floor, when we're turning down the plate to fast, when we're going through trials and tribulations, when the enemy is attacking our us financially, mentally, emotionally, and even coming after our spiritual walk with God. Can we still stand in the midst of the storm? My God, my God, go ahead, Postal.
SPEAKER_00:How to stay faithful in small season, consistency over convenience, do it even when it is not exciting. Private wins before public praise. What are you doing when no one's watching? Gratitude goes your assignment, be thankful for the season you are in. My god, those are three keys to faithfulness.
SPEAKER_01:Follow those three keys. Let those be a guiding light, let those be an example. Sometimes we need to even take things, write it down, put it on our mirror, put it on our desk, our computers, whatever we're gonna see in the morning, and get up and begin to speak back to ourselves, speak life into ourselves. We need to begin to understand, and just put those things up that apostle just told you. Put those three things up: consistency over convenience, even when we don't feel like doing it because it's not exciting. Understand that private wins come before public praise. My God, that's good right there. That'll preach right there. So ask yourself, what am I doing when nobody's watching me? Do I have self-discipline? Am I holding myself accountable? Am I walking worthy of the call that God has placed on my life? And know that gratitude grows your aside, man. Be thankful for whatever season you're in. We have to understand what it is to be a base and how to abound in whatever situation and circumstance that God puts us in. Why? Because it's just training ground, it's training ground, people. So we have to be encouraged that your little becomes much in God's hand. Come on. Let's do it right there. We have to learn to challenge ourselves to identify every every day or every week, however, you want to set it up. Begin to challenge yourself, identify one small thing you've been overlooking and recommit to it this week. Do it this week. Ask yourself, what is it that I should have been doing? Did I say I was going to read my Bible? I was going to give God 30 minutes a day, but I haven't done it. I've fallen short of revamping my schedule and my time to spend with God for prayer, for consecration, for reading scripture, for meditation and meditating on the word of God is what we're talking about. Have I slipped and not followed through? So let me do this. Let me start out and set up. Let me set up a time management calendar for every day in the week, even if it's five days out of the seven days. Weekly, challenge yourself, people of God. Challenge yourself. Why? Because our next episode is going to be this. It's going to deal with the fight to stay focused. There's a lot of distractions, people, but we need to understand something. That if God can trust us to be faithful with the little things, He'll make us ruler over the many things. We have to learn to that remaining consistent and small things build capacity for the greater things. And then we look at Luke 16 and 10.
SPEAKER_00:Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.
SPEAKER_01:So three keys to faithfulness.
SPEAKER_00:Consistency over convenience. Private wins before public praise. Gratitude grows your assignment.
SPEAKER_01:So let's reflect and respond on this. Where have I been overlooking a small assignment? What is it that has challenged you for this assignment? But you've been overlooking it, you've been putting it on the back burner. You really haven't addressed it. What is it that God is dealing with you to do? What is the assignment? Ask yourself, what little thing can I commit to doing faithfully just this week? What is it that I'll do just this week? How is it that I can move about just this week? How faithful can I be and allow God throughout the process of the testing that I've had to endure just this week? What is it that I'm going to choose to utilize application and say, okay, this is where I've this is where I've fallen short. I've I've said that I wanted to spend 30 minutes a day with God in my prayer time. I wanted to also include scripture reading 10 to 15 minutes within that 30 minutes. I've wanted to sit in the presence of God and meditate on what it was that I've read on the ingest, I've ingested the word. Now let my heart digest it in my time of meditation alone in the presence of God. So then think about these questions, and we'll also give you the answer, therefore. Why do small things matter so much to God? Ask yourself that. Why do small things matter so much to God? And the answer to that is this because small things reveal what's in your heart. Anyone can be loud when the spotlight's on them. But God watches how we move when nobody's clapping. God watches what we do when they when nobody is giving us accolades, when we're not on social media, when people are not calling our name, when nobody is promoting us. Oh my God. Apostle, I'll let you get this one.
SPEAKER_00:I feel stuck in a small season. Does that mean I'm not growing? Yes, not at all. Many of God's greatness, greatest leaders will develop in quiet places. Small seasons are for stretching, learning, and preparation, not punishment.
SPEAKER_01:That's powerful right there. Our um ministerial discipleship training that we do with those that God has us pouring into through discipleship is powerful. We are seeing these men and women of God growing by leaps and bounds through their obedience, through their love, through their honor to the things of God and their faithfulness. God is doing a great work in each and every one of them. And hear me when I say, we are so proud of each and every person that God has connected to the tribe. As well as those that are here local, you know, locally in the USA, especially here that are part of our church, which is Kingdom Hub Central Florida Global, which is another branch of RCN ministries, our main ministries. And we are so ecstatic about what God is doing in each and every one of their lives. We honor and we love them dearly. But I want to say to you all that are listening today globally, to those that are connected to us as well. We mean the same what I just said about what I just said, it pertains to everyone globally that are connected to us, that are part of what God has given us to steward for the kingdom of God and for the people of God. And so it is an honor to serve because we are servants with towels, my God. In these small seasons, this is the training ground, this is the spiritual boot camp where God utilizes those times of stretching, of learning, and preparation. It's never punishment, people of God, it's always a process to propel you into your greater place of God. That's powerful right there. So, how do I know if I'm being faithful with what I have? We have to ask Am I showing up with excellence and integrity, even if I'm not glamorous? Am I growing what God gave me or just waiting for the more? So, in other words, am I doing what God told me no matter how I feel, no matter what I'm going through, no matter what I'm enduring at this time? Am I still pursuing God and His will for my life? Am I still pushing forward no matter the attacks on my life? Or am I allowing the enemy to attempt to try to shut me down, to try to quiet my voice, to try to immobilize me, to try to hinder me? Or am I truly digging in and pushing forward? And then the last question here is this.
SPEAKER_00:Keep showing up. God always revealed the faithful, rewards the faithful.
SPEAKER_01:My God, stay faithful over the little things, stay faithful, keep moving forward, stay faithful, keep plowing, stay faithful, don't give up, stay faithful. Even when you feel like you want to get weary, keep pushing, stay, stay consistent. Consistency produces results, not just any results, but faithful spiritual consistency when it comes to the spiritual things of God, it produces spiritual results. Now, I want to go over a few more scriptures, just touch on some things here at the end of the podcast. But I want to remind you all that the next episode is going to deal with the fight to stay focused, and it deals with the theme of that is protecting your purpose from the pull of distractions. All right. So I want to just talk about here, Apostle Herbie and I, about just the scripture, Luke 16 and 10. He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much. And he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in the much. So we talk about the faithfulness. Faithfulness is proven, people of God, in the must. We have to understand this. When we look at the phrase faithful in that which is least, it reveals kingdom testing, it reveals a kingdom testing principle. So before God entrusts us with authority, revelation, or resources, he observes how you steward what seems insignificant. Oh my God. When we look at the the word faithful in the Greek, it is pistos, meaning trustworthy, reliable, dependable. God tests your stewardship in the small realms, in the small places, in the small situations and circumstances before He exposes you to the greater, my Lord. Then we have to understand that when we talk about the faithfulness, it is not a situational thing, it's functional. So Jesus draws a straight line between the little and the much. That you don't become faithful when you give more. Your faithfulness is revealed when managing the less that God has given you. So many are seeking mantles and mandates, but heaven measure worthiness by the consistency when we are in obscurity and we are not visible. That's powerful right there, y'all. So if we were to put a mirror up to a principle of injustice, we understand that he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. So just as faithfulness multiplies, corruption magnifies. That's powerful right there. Just as faithfulness multiplies, corruption magnifies. It compromises and exists in small dealings, in the time management and money and truth. It will also corrupt the larger responsibilities that God has called us to. That's the apostolic insight from an apostle in an apostolic lens that faithfulness is a governance test. Apostolic leaders must model precision, integrity, and obedience even when no one is looking. Heaven's promotion system is not charisma-based or charismatic, but character-proven. So the least things prayer, consistency, word study, punctuality, follow through, private purity are gateways to governmental authority in the realm of the spirit. And then we need to understand this. Apostles gonna pick up with the prophetic revelation.
SPEAKER_00:This verse is a dynastic mirror of destiny carriers. If you mishandle the seed, you are not ready for the field. If you mishandle private devotion, you cannot manage public ministry. If you are unworthy in man's system, untrustworthy in man's system, heaven cannot release true riches. God is watching stewardship patterns, not just passion display. And many cries out for mantis and miracles, but failed the test of maintenance. Sustaining what was already given.
SPEAKER_01:My God. So these reflection questions are this. Four, and they are, what small assignments have you been treat, have you treated as optional instead of sacred? Another one is this can heaven trust your eyes when no one affirms it? Third question: Are you consistent in prayer in your giving and honor even when unseen? The last one here, reflection questions. Where is God testing your stewardship right now? Things that we can do, people of God, are this have an activation challenge. Journal prompt is this. Identify three areas where you can demonstrate renewed faithfulness in your time, your tasks, and your or your truth. Here we are going to release this apostolic declaration and a prophetic decree. The apostolic declaration is this I will be found faithful in the hidden places. My stewardship in the small will call up, will qualify me for the much. And know what heaven can trust me with increase. I'm gonna say that one more time. Apostolic declaration releases this I will be found faithful in the hidden places. My stewardship in the small will qualify me for the much. My lord. Faithfulness in the small things is what God is calling us for. We're gonna close with this scripture in Matthew 25 and 21. I'm gonna turn it over to Apostle Herbie.
SPEAKER_00:His Lord said unto him, Well done, though good and though good and faithful servant, thou hast been faithful over a few things. I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou into the joy of the Lord. Our insight, faithfulness, faithfulness in the few qualities, faithfulness in the in the few qualifies you for rulership, rulership over many. Promotion in the kingdom follows proven stewardship, not ambition.
SPEAKER_01:Luke 16 and 10.
SPEAKER_00:Affirming, affirming that God multiplies trust to those who multiply diligency.
SPEAKER_01:We want to thank you for tuning in, for getting this fresh manna on our podcast. As we have come to you today with our topic, Faithful with the Little, how small obedience leads to big breakthrough. We hope and pray that this blesses you all, that it causes you to examine your lives, examine that which God has called you to as a mandate for the body of Christ, for the people of God, and that this begins to swell in your spirit, man, until it overflows out of the cup into the saucer and it spills over on everything that's around you. We pray that this podcast today enlarges your territory through your obedience and submission to the will of God, that you be made worthy to be trusted with the little things, so that He can make you ruler over the middle, the many things. So we pray you continue to be faithful with the little. Again, I am Apostle Rosemary, along with my husband, Apostle Herbie from RCN Ministries and OSGA Apostolic Network. Thank you so much for joining us this morning on Let's Talk About It podcast. With we're continuing with our series for season five on Unshaken. God bless you, God keep you, and you have a great rest of your day. God bless.
